Providence Southern California Community Health Needs Assessment 2021
Knowing where to focus the resources starts with a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to help identify and prioritize the most pressing needs, assets, and opportunities. This report includes quantitative and qualitative data used to identify community needs. Four priority areas were identified including mental health and health care access.
